Hopes Source
Hopes Source is a privately funded nonprofit organization. We provide a variety of personalized advocacy and referral services for individuals facing an acute illness, a long-term chronic illness, a terminal illness, or at risk due to family health history.
If you or someone you know is on the journey of medical recovery, faced with end-of-life decisions, or wants to become better physically and fiscally fit, you’ve come to the right place. Our Outreach Advocates will take the time to evaluate the patient’s’ needs, family health history, and act as a personal advocate on behalf of the individual, and or their local Healthcare Provider.
