We have been residents of the Alto Golfo region since the 1980s. We are first-hand witnesses to the gradual and continual degradation of the natural and social environments of the region. Due to recent developments, we now feel compelled to involve ourselves in all efforts to help to resolve the serious problems that exist in the region. Our Directors have real expertise in the construction of complex aquaculture facilities, marine biology and ecology, the workings and machinations of government and bureaucracies on both sides of the border, financing, and other areas that are relevant to the Institutes’ objectives. We hire world-class consultants in areas where we do not excel. We also have a good understanding of many leading edge technologies that can provide attractive alternative careers for the area’s residents.
